Please note the following before sending your email:

  • All fields on this form need to be completed for the email to transmit.
  • Our office will not process and does not accept documents/attachments sent through this email for security and confidentiality reasons.
  • SFS cannot provide student-specific account information unless a WSU Identification number and the student’s name is provided.
  • If a parent is requesting information about their student’s account, the parent must have Third Party Authorization for SFS to provide it.
  • If your question is urgent, we suggest calling our office at 509-335-9711. We are open 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and are closed holidays.
